Joe Consani has over 20 years experience in sales and management and has been brokering dental practices since 1997. He has significant expertise in the valuation and sale of specialty practices and has facilitated numerous specialty practice sales. Joe Consani, Sr. is Professor and Associate Dean Emeritus at the Oregon Health Sciences University , School of Dentistry . He continues to lecture on Practice Planning and Practice Management at OHSU and speaks internationally on the topics of dental education and manpower trends. Rich Seims, DDS

Dr. Rich Seims is a 1967 Graduate of School of Dentistry. For 28 years he ran a successful private practice in the Seattle area. In the past 10 years Rich has been a practice broker and founder of Seims and Associates, a full service dental practice brokerage in Washington. Merging his brokerage with Consani Associates Limited to form Consani Seims Limited in 2003, Rich continues to serve the dental community as a senior broker and consultant.

Wendy Hirai

Wendy Hirai is a native of Idaho.  Starting out in Southeast Idaho, she relocated to Boise in 1996.  A graduate of Idaho State University with a B.S. in Education/Corporate Training, she worked over 20 years in the corporate environment in the areas of Sales and Marketing and Admin-istrative Services.  She was also an adjunct instructor at the ISU School of Applied Technology.
 
Wendy is a licensed Realtor and has over fifteen years of experience in sales, including nine years in general and specialty dental practice sales and transitions in Idaho and Montana. She has in-depth knowledge of the factors impacting dental practice sales and has earned a reputation for caring, consistent service.

Robert Hirai

Robert grew up in the Treasure Valley and has over 25 years of business experience – 20 of those within the banking industry.  His financial background includes experience in commercial lending, financial analysis and credit administration.  Robert is also an independent organizational, and leadership development consultant.  Robert has numerous national certifications in leadership and management development courses.  His work with the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and various personality assessments has allowed him to develop expertise in coaching and developing leaders and teams.
 
Robert’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Idaho and a Masters in Business Administration from Boise State University.

Lynne Nelson
